Mary Ann Scully, CEO, Howard Bank
Mary Ann Scully is the Chief Executive Officer of Howard Bank and chairs the bank's board of directors. She is a lifelong banker with over 30 years of varied executive experiences in the Maryland marketplace. In 2003, she headed the organizing team for Howard Bank. Howard Bank serves small and medium sized businesses in Greater Baltimore County, Harford, Cecil and Howard County.
Mary Ann has successfully led the company through 7 equity raises and SEC Act 34 Registrations.
Anna Gavin, President Fireline Corporation
The Fireline Corporation is a Maryland corporation founded in 1947 by John S. Waters. As a pioneer in the fledgling fire equipment distribution business, John Waters soon saw the benefits of offering exemplary service and high quality products at a fair price. Fireline has lived by this standard for more than 60 years and the tradition continues today.
John Waters died suddenly in 2009 and his daughter Anna Waters Gavin was thrust into the leadership position. She is now president and has learned on the job what it takes to maintain and grow a company. Anna is committed to building on the legacy of her father and grandfather by maintaining the company’s standing as an industry leader.
Caroline Kauffman-Kirschnick, President EMR
Ever since she was a little girl, Caroline Kauffman-Kirschnick wanted to work in an office. She knew, all along, that she wanted to be part of the family business. She worked her way through every department of the company, and today, she serves as President of The Electric Motor Repair Company, a three-generation, family-owned commercial kitchen and industrial services agency based in Baltimore.
